Recognizable?

Ordering should not depend on who sees a table first.

Supervision and ordering collide

Walking to the bar means temporarily taking a different place. Ordering from the table limits unnecessary walking movements.

Lots of tables, lots of incentives

A digital order immediately contains a table or zone. The team does not have to remember who sat where.

Break times are peak times

When several families want to eat or drink at the same time, orders are received in a structured manner.

This is how you set it up

Start small, without renovating your entire operation.

01

QR code on the family table

The code opens the correct menu without an app and automatically recognizes the table.

02

Order to team or cash register

Products and comments appear in WorkTable and, if the link is active, proceed to the checkout.

03

Serving on location

The team sees where the order belongs and can track its status from new to served.

Line of sight

Research in context

Research into playgrounds emphasizes visibility and comfort for supervisors.

A mixed-methods study of three public playgrounds observed that leisure parents mainly chose seating areas with visual accessibility and that passive supervisors used areas with wide sight lines. That does not prove that mobile ordering makes surveillance more secure; it does support the design choice to prevent parents from unnecessarily walking away from such a seating area.
